Went to Hardee’s in Dodgeville this past Saturday morning around 9:00AM. We ordered 7 items to go, there were 3 workers and it took 15+ minutes for our food. 1 of the items we ordered was a ham & cheese croissant. We got to the car and they had given us an egg & cheese croissant instead. Didn’t bother going back in because we didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. We asked for a receipt and the cashier (who was constantly wiping his forehead of sweat) said “the receipt will be taped to your bag”. Well, there was no receipt taped to the bag and they probably would have wanted to see it to prove what we ordered. The floors were extremely sticky all throughout, especially in the bathrooms. To top off our 15+ minute wait there was a mouse running around outside by entrance door. Makes you wonder how many are inside the restaurant. We definitely will not be going back.

This was a late night craving with a large order. The employees were extremely nice and worked quickly to get our food to us! We expect hardees to be slower than McDonald’s but in actuality this place is faster than the McDonald’s in town. I’ve spent 20 min waiting for our food at McDonald’s but at hardees we spent 10 min.

This was not a good experience at this location. Bathrooms were disgusting. Lobby was a mess. Obvious garbage on the floor in the walkway to the kitchen. Staff seemed unpleasant and oblivious to everything. It was a nice touch to plop the food boat on the table in front of me.

Understaffed so some employees are overwhelmed and orders can get screwed. Maybe I just caught them in a slump , who knows. I will say very polite but they need crew members. I will return still,so if you don’t understand that sometimes good people don’t have the right amount of help , then you might think it’s bad there and it’s NOT!!!! Support these guys so they can afford to hire more.

The lobby was full of waiting people the cashier walked past us into the lobby and stated,” I won’t be taking any counter orders.” I asked does that mean that you want us to leave??? ” Well you can leave or wait till I have time! ” The guest to the right of us stated that he had already waited for 10 minutes. We choose to leave. If she doesn’t have time to take any orders then I didn’t for see that we would get any food any time in the near future.

The food was good but the drive through service was terrible. I sat in the drive through for twenty five minutes waiting for my order. When the order arrived there was no apology or reason for the lengthy wait time. Meanwhile many customers had come and gone after getting service through the dine in area and through the drive through.

Not what I remember. Stopped for Breakfast about 8:30 on way through town. Entry and restroom smells like a Day Old Fish Market and not the cleanest. Ordered a Sausage Egg Biscuit Combo. Biscuit had to be at least 2 days old (Very Dry/Hard), Sausage was like a hockey puck, Dry and way overcooked, or OLD. Eggs and Hash Browns were good…Should of waited and went to China Buffett, it would of been about the same price.

There were two orders. First was simple three piece tender and small fry.. them tenders aren’t cheap but they sure have no problem handing them out when they’re too old. Fries sucked also. My friends got two junior ham and cheese is which both sucked. Wednesday afternoon at 11:50 can’t even get good food. All you fast food places suck
