My burger was cold even though the manager said it was hot.. husband had to go up and ask about the fries while crew just stood around and talked… waited for fries, customer service was not there. Young gal was very quiet, didn’t ask if I wanted curly or regular, tables dirty, floor sticky and dirty, ketchup empty. A place should be warm and inviting, not I don’t care and just get a paycheck.

Definitely won’t eat here again. We came through the drive thru around 8 o’clock. No other cars in line. The girl at the drive thru didn’t understand our order (burgers in lettuce wraps) and it took 20 minutes to get served. We thought that at least our food would be fresh, but it was actually cold AND burnt.

I put my order in to a very rude cashier and then went to sit down in an empty restaurant. When my food arrived twenty minutes later, I thought at least it was made fresh and will be hot. Nope, it was cold, and the fries were cold and greasy. It all went into the garbage.I ate there about two weeks prior and dealt with that same rude employee. I will not be returning!
