I’m not sure if she was new, didn’t care or didn’t understand what I was trying to say but I ordered #15 which is a big hot ham n cheese, common sense if someone says #15 than they want the meal aka “combo” OR you should ask the customer would you like that as a combo or just a sandwich but because I didn’t say “COMBO” she rang it up individually. It shouldn’t matter if customer says combo or not, if they give you a number than 98 percent of the time they want the “COMBO” and when I had to repeat myself 2x and still didn’t click that it should have been a combo. When She copped an attitude at the end, that’s when I just said okay, Managers please make sure you are telling them that if the customer says a # off the menu have them double check with the customer and ask if they would like that as a combo or just sandwich.

Ok my son and I decided we would go to lunch here at Hardee’s and we wanted to eat inside. For starters the dining room was closed so we went through the drive-thru there was a sign on one of the windows advertising a double cheeseburger or a bacon double cheeseburger for $2.99. So we both decided that we wanted the bacon double cheeseburger we ordered two of those a large crisp cut fry and a large Dr Pepper. The burgers were dry and sloppily put together and they had no bacon on them. The fries not Chris cut just regular and extremely salty. The Dr Pepper was a Coke. Plus I had asked for a side of ranch and I did not receive one so basically they screwed up every aspect of the meal.

I try and Come here all the time… but… I wait for my order to be taken and don’t even get greeted they rather sit outside and smoke then take care of there customers, I have photos if need proof of how awful your employees are with there job

I’m a doordash driver I pulled up to this Hardee’s to pick up some food in the lobby door was locked. So I walk up to the window and the lady’s pointing at the door to me. I said the door is locked. She opened the window and slammed it in my face before I had a chance to say anything. Later I return to that same Hardee’s to pick up more food and she was working and I told her she was very rude by slamming the window in my face. She told me she didn’t mean to slam it in my face.

Terrible….got the western burger onions ringd where rock hard burgers were thin and did not taste good at all 0 flavor. Fries over salted. Wife went bathroom and said smelt like straight up weed. Don’t recommend this one.
