Was hoping this Hardee’s would have fresh fries, the search continues for a Hardee’s the will give you fresh fries in the drive thru. Cold soggy zero crunch at all and over the noon hour? Hate to one and done a place but cold food over the lunch hour is incredible. Would have returned the entire order if I didn’t have to get back to work.

I love Hardee’s but it will be a long time before I return to this one. The manager was outstanding in his efforts, but the rest of the staff needs to be replaced or demoted to fry chef. The drive thru employee kept giving out wrong orders and the lady at the front counter would keep taking orders but not fill any. Food sat forever I’m the heater and the drive thru clerk would take the freshest food not the first out food. Customers in the lobby would get food that had been sitting for 10 minutes. Not good.
