Have given multiple chances at this location and is one of the poorest ones I have ever been. Needs a complete makeover, staff included. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, busy or slow, food is never fresh and the facility is always dirty.

This was the 5th time in a row that my order was wrong. The 1st time was supposed to be a sausage egg & cheese biscuit. There was no cheese but was charged for it. The next 2 times I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito. The 1st one had very little of the omelet mixture in it & the 2nd one only had the mixture in 1/2 of it. The last 2 times, I ordered a sausage egg & cheese biscuit again. The 1st one had Swiss cheese instead of American. The 2nd one had no cheese again & my husband ordered a loaded burrito with an extra omelet. No extra omelet. We won’t go back. The service is ridiculous.

My husband and I did the drive thru for breakfast. He ordered a sausage and egg biscuit combo. I had a ham croissant and drink. There was a short wait, but not too bad. Our food was wonderful!! Best eggs on a sandwich we have experienced there in 10 yrs!! The employee at the window was very pleasant and cheerful and our order was perfect!! The employees working did an excellent job!!

We dined in. We ordered 3 sandwiches. They were all burnt and crispy. The buns were black. The guy in the kitchen wasn’t wearing gloves and was handling the bacon. They ignored us when we were waiting at the counter for condiments. A lady brought our tray out to us and dropped it on the table and my fries all fell out on the booth and floor. She just turned around and walked away. Didn’t even say anything. For 3 people, our meals were almost $40 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. Honestly, it was a terrible experience and a waste of money.
