Stopped in for lunch. Chose Hardee’s because they offer dairy free options on their menu. The staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. One of the staff came to our table and spoke to our granddaughter and offered a chocolate chip cookie, we appreciated the kindness. Hardee’s is one of the few fast food restaurants that still offers grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was good. The food would have gotten five stars, but my granddaughter’s hamburger was over cooked and burnt around the edges. I would recommend this restaurant of you have dietary restrictions.

When you can get food there(not often), it’s good. If you order online, at least you don’t have to drive there to be turned away. Tonight was understandable. I ordered at 7pm not realizing they closed at 8. My mistake.

Ordered the same as I always order and the food is excellent as always and the staff is friendly. I ordered my usual one day, and they charged me more than normal. I went back through the drive thru and they corrected the problem immediately and remade the order so my food would be hot.

Food came out cold a d when asked to get fresh burgers the.manager came there’s no way its rush hour and I though to myself the. Cook is not following the Hardee’s fresh food routine rotation the meet cook need to follow tje.system or the Manger aint doing her cook outs or Temps and there cook logs is wrong poor customer service

Stopped by the drive thru after my foot Doctor’s appointment Which Was in the clinic next door, i ordered an Omelet biscuit ,it was pretty good but it was kind of cold ,maybe because it was around time to switch from breakfast to lunch ,the clerk at the drive thru was very nice,my only issue was the temp of the biscuit Omelet.

Usually has awesome chicken strips once I received them I got home only 3min drive and instantly noticed they where darker then usual they also where colder then expected they also where very stale with no crunch so was pretty disappointed I received old strips instead of fresh they also did not print off my receipt huh wonder why lol
