When we were greeted (my teen son and I) there were employees yelling at each other in the back… then once I saw the menu half of it was off due to the TV screen being out… instead of telling me what they didn’t have they should have said what they did have… this list would have been shorter! Then after I got my “bacon beast” it has one slice of bacon… then my sons burger was wrong as well… it had bacon in the name yet you guessed it… no bacon!

What’s the point in online ordering if you have to wait for the food to be cooked “fresh”? Fresh food is appreciated but we’re waiting which defeats the purpose of expecting the food to be ready to go upon arrival. I will say they’re always friendly & do try their best. They need a few more people on staff.

This was the worst experience I have had here. I drive a 30 minute drive just to eat at this Hardee. But I got the double A1 burger and the meat was so thin I thought they was joking so I asked and they said it was the thick burger. However my sons kids burger was the same size of meat. The onion rings tasted a year old. The cashier had us rang up for two extra sandwiches i did get my money back on that. It’s sad cause last time I came here the food was great.

Worst customer service JOZIE the “Manager” had us waiting over 25 min for our order. When I asked why our order was taking too long she screamed at me and told me, first of all our shakes are made fresh and it takes time… I had order 3 orders of fries no salt. She brought the bag out to us with only 1 order of fries and they had salt, I asked her for the rest of the order she hot obnoxious with me. Very ignorant manager and poor costumer service.

I know it is fast food but service here varies daily with the staff. Some days it is super friendly and others you are bothering them by placing an order. Food is always fine but your rolling the dice on how friendly they will be when uou get there.
