Appreciate the kid at the window very pleasant…food not so much i order a chicken blt (see photo)but something was missing

Over the years, service and products have increasingly worsened!!! Prices unreasonably increased while staff demeanor and service by staff has lost any appearance of professionalism. Price/food portion balance has become undeniably unrealistic. 1/3 burger should Not be so high, that buying ingredients at stores will be more budget friendly. Average value meal should not exceed $6.50 without individual specific arrangement. Milkshakes should be available in same portion sizes as other common drink sizes, and should not be made with cheap nor lean mix quality. Orange juice should not be hardet to afford than other beverage selection. Managers should be trained to be more professional and allowed to individually manage staff in order to adjust training and standards between separate locations. Promotions need to be completely audited and adjusted to fit locations. District management needs annual training, and allowed/encouraged to individualize unit evaluation and staff accountability operations. District, regional, and franchise management personnel need be reachable to customers who have issues with their locations. Just because one state/national region prefers/operates a particular pattern/menu assortment, should not be forced onto every other location! California standards and menus should not be pushed on Midwest locations, nor other regions. NYC management/ingredient% operation style Shouldn’t be forced onto TN locations. Whatever any state/region selected, should Not be pressured on outside states/regions!!! Prices should be adjusted individually to a maximum 15 mile radius of branch location. So lower income locations are better able to operate and possibly compete, while maximizing profits.

Unfortunately they have discontinued the steak biscuit. I am very disappointed about that. However I did have the bacon egg and cheese biscuit which was wonderful. Buttery and flaky biscuit!

No customers, 4 people in back smoking, guy handed me my bag while talking to co-workers and shut the window. I didn’t know if I was done or not, no thank you, no here ya go. Just held bag out the window with back to me. But the worst is yet to come. Fries were not fresh, I got home 1/2 mile away and the burger was smothered in mayonnaise. I wiped off probably HALF CUP of mayonnaise, yuck! The buns were soggy and it was cold. I had to microwave it after I cleaned it up at home. You would think they could do better for their only customer. It was about 5:00 and all the other burger places lines were insanely long.

Sadly, the service at this location needs serious improvement. I have never heard the excuse at the drive-thru that “the chicken is frozen” – how hard can it be to take the frozen chicken out and cook it? Isn’t what these places are in business for?

Worst hardees I’ve ever been to. The service is insanely terrible, sometimes they won’t even answer the telecom, they’re always out of chicken or have an attitude when you order it for some reason. They constantly are on smoke breaks. They don’t fry the chicken all the way thru half the time, they’re very unprofessional and the managers are horrible an need fired immediately, they just need to fire everybody or close the location. I don’t even see how the owner would even be profiting off this location and Hardee’s use to be one of my favorites.

We were the third car in the drive thru line. It took 20 minutes to get to the pickup window after ordering. When we got home I discovered black lettuce on my sandwich. Not going back again.

The burgers were cold the cheese wasn’t even melted, and it looked old. The lettus, and onions where bad. The attitude at the drive up window needs some serious adjustments. I’m very disappointed, such a huge difference sense the last time I had been there. I won’t be back, absolutely not.

This insane, I asked for salsa for my burrito and the manager told me it was in the bag and it wasn’t so I drove around to get some and she started a fight because she forgot salsa and would only give me one pack I told them I wanted my money back and said no to that too. She claims to have called the cops. I want someone from the ownership to reach out to me. Worst person I have ever met.
