18 mins just to get someone to take my order. There’s 5 people behind me . The cashier was taking 1 order at a time then leaving the register to put drive thru orders together. I get you short staffed but this is lack of proper customer service. There was multiple people in the kitchen plus 2 workers in the drive thru. Drivers can’t afford to wait that long just to order plus the 25 mins till we get our food .

I have had my order messed up twice in a row. Yesterday I ordered the monster double bacon combo. When I got home it was a mushroom and swiss burger. Tonight I ordered the same thing. I was given a single pattie, 2 pieces of bacon, and the large coke turned out to be diet. When I tried to call noone answered. This isn’t rocket surgery. I’m tired of getting ripped off.

Yesterday I went to Hardees for lunch, I witnessed a man walk in asking about a phone that was lost. He must have been a regular because the manager greeted him by name. They talked about how anxious he was about losing the phone. The manager let the gentleman know that she had it locked in her office for safekeeping. I couldn’t help but smile, our phones are our life, it’s such a pain to retrieved info. He was so relieved and thankful. Shout out to that Manager!!
