just returned to hotel 25 minutes away to eat my meal…which was supposed to be 2 mushroom swiss burgers, just as the receipt indicates. Unfortunately there’s not a mushroom or a slice of Swiss on either one. And store phone number is not answered except by what seems to be a fax machine. very disappointed in the care put into correctly filling my order and what seems to be an intentional effort to avoid calls from customers who are likely to calling about getting home to find out their order was not filled correctly.

Biscuits are soft and with a good blend of spices. Hash browns are freshly cooked. Drinks are reasonable size. Restaurant has still managed to stay below $10 for now. Hope it stays that way, if inflation doesn’t creep in first.

Horrible experience if I could give it negative 100 stars I would!! The drive thru guy Jesus B was extremely rude and kept rushing me and before I could even finish my order he told me the total of what I had and told me to pull up to the window and wouldn’t continue taking the rest of my order. Then when I got up to the window he basically shoved my drinks in my face and handed me my food and said bye and closed the window!! I got open and opened the bag and was PISSED! ALL MY FOOD WAS JUST THROWN IN THE BAG!! fries everywhere sandwich was messy and smashed! Definitely never going back

This Hardee’s is always the rudest. I came through the drive through and was rushed. There were no other cars in drive through or parking lot. Tried placing an order for 5 combo meals and couldn’t get a word in. After being interrupted over and over, my total was $75 and change. I told them to cancel it. They trying to charge Applebee’s prices in a drive through, lol. Went to McDonald’s instead and spent $42. I’ll never come back to this Hardee’s. It’s like the 5th time in a row I’ve been abused and will only go to the Castleton one, if ever because their prices are too high anyways.

We I have always liked this place. Mainly because we think Joe, the manager, does an exceptional job. Alia had a great attitude and was very professional. The service is always quick and it’s right next to the Monon Trail. There are always pretty good deals on the food as well. Love it!
