We arrived at this Hardees at 1:40 pm ordered our food and pulled up to pay. The car in front of us had a family so we knew it would take a few minutes. At 1:50 pm we pulled away without food. The car in front of us got part of their food from Server 1 and was waiting on the balance of their food. Server 2 came to the window and asked if we had were the ones that ordered chicked strips then preceded to yell at Server 1 “I dont know what you did, where is there order?” While the people in front of us were still waiting patiently. While these two continued to argue. Needless to say we drove away and went to Culvers across the street, ordered our food, paid for it and they asked us to pull forward. The car in front of us (the white SUV) was still waiting for food as we drove away. We are travelers and frequently visit fast food when we are on the road. We will never stop at this Hardees again.

January 22 12:50pm I placed a drive thru order for a bacon angus cheeseburger and curly fries! Whoever was on staff at this time needs a raise! Best tasting fast food burger I’ve had in a while and my curly fries were super fresh! 5 out of 5 stars for presentation and taste of the food. Thank you Hardee’s for a great experience!

The drive thru employee was courteous and pleasant. I was happy with the flavor of the Monster Burger. It had a little more grease than usual, but I liked that fact. Fries were warm and the Cherry Coke was perfect!

Filthy !! The iced tea taste like it was brewed in a toilet. The dispensers are disgusting and dirty. They don’t even have a plastic liner. Will not be returning !!!!!!!!! And the cashier “Jade” was completely rude and snippy. Plus my order was incorrect. Hardee’s in Greenfield is no good !!!!!

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!! If i could give 0 stars, i would. This store manager argued with me about honoring a credit i received from a previous manager due to giving me a disgusting mushroom and Swiss burger INSTEAD of a hot ham and cheese combo. Not even close to the same number or description. The only reason i got the credit in the first place was because i returned after realizing they kept my card, and after explaining, they also got my order wrong she gave me a credit. I can not believe that this new manager argued with me that she wouldn’t honor the credit because it WAS from 3 months ago when they closed at 2 every day! Then she argued with me about that when I’ve never even seen her before. For fear of my food bieng spit on i said forget it and i will never come to this store again. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO THE ONE OFF OF SR 9 BY WALMART. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND THE MANAGER IS GREAT.
