Why have on all your lights and signs ON and not answer drive-thru? On door and windows, it states you’re open until 10pm…and it’s only 9:15. There are staff inside but no one responding. Poor customer service

There were only 3 people working the early breakfast service up front, all of them were helping in the drive thru. None of them seemed to know what they were doing. The food took forever and surprisingly was really good, but the food took forever…we were 20 minutes late to our event because of how long our food took.

I would do a negative star but can’t. Ordered at drive thru, got to window the attendant looked like a mechanic who just crawled from under a dirty truck. We’ve seen mechanics at dealerships cleaner than him. We just drove away. Don’t want to eat food served by someone that dirty!!!

Wanda at the front register stated she was not taking another order until she got $1’s in her register for change. I told her and showed her I was paying with a card. Half way through my 10 minute wait to have my order taken, another women came over and stated “we are waiting on lunch now”. So, I was told breakfast was over, when she finally did get change (to accept my card)

Early afternoon. Not overly busy. Went inside. Friendly counter person. Orders took about 15 mins. Angus burger was ok but nothing special. Bun had been toasted to hide the staleness. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Will not return.
