Red burrito was nasty. I could smell the rotten lettuce before I took a bite. Looks green, but smellls like rot. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in salt water. Very disappointing but not a surprise after how disorganized and dirty the food assembly line was. This place needs to shape up or shut down. Looks like there is a lot of potential for getting sombody sick. Very sloppy unprofessional guy making food and taking money. Kept adjusting his sweaty hat while preparing my food. I have half a mind to get my money back, but don’t feel like dealing with him again. So no lunch for me today. Two nasty bites of a rotten taco. Thank you red burrito, you have a responsibility and you are not getting it done. Shape up and quit lowering Americas standard. This is getting to be the norm in fast food, but the prices keep going up.

It would be nice if someone updated their hours to reflect what time they actually close so people like myself don’t stop driving thinking they can get something to eat. This is the third time in the last three months I stopped at one of the Hardee’s off the Turnpike and they were closed when it stated online they were open for another hour. The first two times I only checked Google before pulling off. So today, not wanting to be duped a 3rd time, I went to their website to check the hours and clear as day it states they close at 11:00. I pulled in at 10:03 and again, they were totally shut down…. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was something else to eat at these stops besides bags of sugar.

Went here last night employee was so nice and thoughtful. However today while getting coffee I had to pay 3 bucks in order to get an empty cup to make an ice coffee. I paid for 2 large coffees and asked for a empty cup. The only cup she gave was a small. I can’t fit iceand lg coffee in a small cup. I have no issue paying for a EMPTY cup. Just not 3 bucks after paying for 2 lg coffees and a water
