Being originally from the south, I’ve always enjoyed Hardee’s breakfast. First time at this location, and I must say, I was rather disappointed . Biscuits are very small compared to what I’m use to, and I know help is hard to find right now, but the manager Jose, DEFINITELY, should NOT be a manager!! I went today about 10am and while working on the sandwich boards, he was very loud and disrespectful to his employees. The very polite young lady working the cash register, I thought was the manager cause she was very professional and knowledgeable of her job, but when she told me Jose was the manager, I was very shocked. What happened to the high standards of the Hardee’s I know for their food and managers????

Honestly was excited for a Hardee’s in Lancaster but have had 8 wrongly made orders in a row and frankly just don’t trust them..can’t even take mayo off the burger when explicitly asked more than once. Sad.

We stopped there last week and I got the Western bacon hamburger. I forgot just how big it was (plus French fries). Nice and filling. My wife got the ham and cheese and loved it. Just wish the app would work. We’ll definitely be back.

Service was ok, but my over priced food was straight cold. No kidding, the ONLY thing that was warm was the milkshake! Literally, it was milk. Disgusted and probably won’t be giving the place a second chance.

Brand new addition to the Rte. 33 corridor. Staff was pleasant and efficient. I cannot remember the last time I ate at Hardee’s. The food was good and pricing is quite reasonable. 2 big burger value meals for under $20. Truth be told it had a familiar flame broiled taste like those other guys.
