The order was not read back to us. Didn’t ask if we wanted curly fries or regular on one of the fries but on the combos they did ask. So we got stuck with regular fries and thr other person got curly fries. If the order had been read back then it would of been right.

I ordered the breakfast platter sampler. It went up in price a little but still affordable and decently priced. Overall the food was good (not great) but the eggs just ruin it. They are pretty gross. I still ate them. I dipped the eggs in the gravy to overpower the taste and texture of the eggs. The biscuits were good and so were the tatertots. I wish they had an option besides pork for the meat without being forced to pay extra. Not everyone eats pork. At least the cashier was patient with my indecisiveness.

The Charbroiled Chicken Club has changed. It isn’t charbroiled and the chicken is SLIMY. It is worse than McDonald’s Slimy Grilled Chicken. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.

Me and my husband went to Hardee’s for breakfast and it was not a good morning for us. We both ordered the same thing and we got different wrappers, one wrapper had SEC, there was no cheese on the sandwich. His wrapper just had stars . there may have been a sick person on the job. Please address this issue asap. Thank you.

Most of the time they are the only restaurant that has your order right. Last time I paid double for my tacos and didn’t get any in the bag. BUT the did give them to me on my next trip. Food is always hot and good.

I’ve worked at hardee’s off and on since 96 and I tell ya they are good people we r the cleanest restaurant in town we make everything fresh I love my customers and my regulars I know most by name or know what type of food they get. I take much pride in my job my coworkers are my family and we all work hard to do the best we can do to have a friendly, clean, and fresh food for our customers.
