Stopped around 7 pm for quick bite. Placed our order and waited. Waiting no problem. Picked up order at window. Paid and asked for condiments for the food. The person working window was polite however, he kept forgetting to bring us our condiments. Then he started having a loud conversation with other staff. Using a few mild obscenities in the process. I am not a prude but the worse part was the person having his pants lowered significantly exposing a large portion of his underwear. Used to be a fad but not so much anymore. Very inappropriate. .

Food is fine, but they are the slowest place I’ve ever been. They don’t have enough workers. 30 minute wait with only four vehicles in front of me!

I asked for a loaded breakfast burrito with extra sausage. They already had one in the warmer, we even heard him say, ( that one isn’t right, but give it anyway,” thinking I wouldn’t come back. It was only cheese and egg. I came back asked for a new one and they told me they couldn’t give me extra sausage. Well I was charged extra for it…. So give it to me on the side. They continued to roll their eyes and agree.

This Hardee’s is never open at 5am. There is always a problem. If it’s not a problem with the oven, it’s usually that the biscuit maker is not there or NO ONE is there at all. I would love to have breakfast from Hardee’s before I have to be at work at 6am. I know I am not the only one! The line is always extremely long which I understand since they can’t get open at 5 am. Whoever runs this store has made it the worst Hardee’s ever. I don’t usually complain, but I know I am not the only one frustrated with this place! I love the food but the staffing needs to be updated to a whole new staff that actually comes to work and not be rude. I sure do hope the owner sees and responds to me
