Usually the food/service is decent, not many complaints! However today we got a milkshake and the drive-thru worker had bandaged up fingers, which were a bit loose probably from washing their hands often, and the bandaid was flapping off into the milkshake as they put on the whipped topping. Really wish management would provide gloves for employees who need them to help cover up bandaged fingers so something like that doesn’t happen again, it was disconcerting and we felt terrible for the employee.

I asked hardee to fix my number 2 burgers with hot fries I got to the window it was already ready I asked him again was they fresh he said yes I knew he was lying I called back and the lady said she fixed them fresh what kind of magic was that she kept on lying saying they was fresh I watch him as soon as I got to the window he was bagging it up I told them I can’t eat it when it get cold because I don’t have any teeth charged me a dollar a cup for 3cups of ice and that’s not the first time they did that beat me out of 15 dollars just like that Nancy from mayfield ky
