Went there today. Was very surprised at the young lady that took my order. She was so friendly and polite. Very professional. Not use to that. Normally when we get fast food everyone has an attitude or not friendly at all. This young lady was great. She deserves a raise for just being great to your customers.

Always loved this place but the last several times I’ve went for breakfast my biscuits have been undercooked & my steak was old, dry & tough!! My mommas gravy was almost water & her biscuit was undercooked as well. Would not recommend breakfast here anymore. ( on a side note I am a local so I visited Hardee’s very often)

Hardee’s or Carl’s jr. Is always my number 1 choice for fast food. Doesn’t matter what meal time either. Breakfast slammin. Lunch slammin. Dinner slammin. Late nite snack missing. Only way to make this chain better is to get the full 24/7.

Food trash the service trash first off I ordered Frisco burger no bacon and food for my family considering that we was the only ones in there I thought it would go pretty quick meanwhile one person on register same person is doing drive-thru one lady on break eating one cook on his phone and the manager in the back did I tell you we was the only one in there they make our food it’s just sit in a warm the cook it’s too busy on his phone so we get our food 10 minutes later right did I tell you we was only ones in there our food was cold I had bacon of course on my Frisco burger my wife she ordered a grilled cheese it was terrible they just gave her money back they remade my order
