Ooo my biscuit was on point!!!! My biscuit was golden brown, not looking uncooked and that taste was OMG Good. Hashbrowns were still hot and fresh tooo. Please keep up the good work. I had napkins, and 2 grape jellies which is always a A+ in my book.

Yesterday ordered a superstar meal paid $11.00 and had to wait 5 minutes only to receive a dry burger with old rotten veggies and just tossed it into the thrash. I see why no one is in drive thru at lunch time. It should be shut down for this felony act of ignorance by staff.

They’re supposed to be open at 5:00 on Saturday morning, but I’ve been there 2 times at 15 after 5 and the doors were locked. People just looked at me for a couple minutes before they would let me in. Seems to happen a lot.

My family has had some disappointing experiences with Hardees in the past – but this particular location has/is raising that standard/reputation. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our order was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. And the food was good. We got several orders of their “4 for $6” deal. These orders included fries, hot ham & cheese, chicken nuggets, apple pie, etc. We feel like we got a good deal for our money.

I usually love Hardee’s but yesterday was different. We ordered at drive through, they asked us to pull up and wait. After a while I went in to see why it was taking so long. My order and another person’s order was sitting on counter with three employees talking. I asked for my order and they gave it to me, by then it was room temp. We stopped here on our way home, I am very disappointed they did us like this. It is obvious management is not on the job at this location today.

Stopped here because the sign showed Hardee’s and Red burrito! No red burrito here.. sad. Ordered burger combos anyway, literally all the food was room temp. Not even warm, room temp. I can’t blame the staff too much though but someone higher up because there were only 3 employees on a Sat dinner rush working. That doesn’t work.
