Sunday evening,July 2 2023. The hamburgers and fries we ordered was cooked fresh. Very good. The staff was very kind and polite. The fried pies there are amazing. We ordered a peaches and cream and also a blueberry/lemon fried pie. My husband and I split them. My favorite was the blueberry and lemon. So good and they were cooked fresh. Good food, good service, clean dine in. We recommend Hardee’s in Newton.

Fresh food usually and clean atmosphere other than the terrible soda machine and an extra greasy floor in the lobby. Talk about dangerous. Usually great customer service even when short staffed, but today as my family and I went in to dine in the manager was standing at the counter, no line or anyone in the lobby even; she saw us waiting to be assisted but then walked off. We waited a good 3 minutes or so, but she never returned so they lost our business today. So glad other restaurants appreciate business.

Thank you to Alayshia S who was working the drive thru, front counter, and fryers by herself. She still got us our food quickly and she had a friendly attitude despite the rude customer ahead of us. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the company needs to have more staff on hand. There were only two people working this entire restaurant and they were killing it but they shouldn’t have had to, they should have had help. Thank you for serving us! Get this girl a raise and some help management. She deserves it.

Used to give this Hardee’s a 3 star, but when the employees are too lazy to cook food an hour before closing and just lie amd say they’re out it gets really annoying especially multiple different visits. Hire some people that care or close this place. It’s the least visited fast food joint in newton because they’re always slow at doing everything.

Beware of placing online orders at this location. It says in the app and online that they close at 10:00 and it allows you to keep placing orders up until at least 9:30. I placed an order at 9:00 and was there for pickup about 9:20. They said that they had already shut down the grill about 9:00 and we didn’t get any of our food. They told me to request a refund through the app. However, there is no option to request a refund for the app. In fact, after trying to get a refund, it says that all purchases are final and non-refundable, so beware of using their app in general. They did finally swipe my card for a refund but it apparently takes 7 to 10 days to go back to you so be aware of that as well.

My order was executed to perfection. The staff was very nice. However the floors had just been mopped and were soap slick. I am disabled and use a came cane so when I went to the restroom I slipped but caught myself on the door. While standing on the stall my feet both slipped to the wall. I think restaurants should dry the floors.

I ordered a steak biscuit with gravy, it was delicious. The place was clean inside & out. The only problem I had, was in the restroom. One stall had no paper at all, the music in the restroom only, was very loud.
