The food was good and prepared correctly. They are still prominently showing the Philly Cheesteak burger on the main menu board but I tried to order it and was told it was discontinued several days ago. Then tried to order the Jumbo Chilli dog and was informed they could not make that either. Eventually settled on the Frisco burger.

The service an quality of food was horrible. The young ladies working was extremely unprofessional. As it was observed by them rolling there eyes, over talking their guest, gossiping.

My husbands burger was cold and I got the Frisco and they didn’t toast the bread so it was cold and soggy. The bacon was obviously old and hard and chewy. Total disappointment.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited 10 min at drive thru and nobody answered. Drove up to window and women looked at me crazy and only answered “huh” when asked if you were open for breakfast yet. Then after repeating myself said “im not gonna serve you in drive thru” ok so your open but wont serve me yet talking at the window.? Apparently shes upset because shes the only one there with no customers but myself!! Absolutely insane justification. Hardees. Do better!! Management should always have a yes attitude or be able to handle issues. The time it took to get upset with me the order could have been taken and paid for. Ive been in the industry and management for 25 years.

It’s difficult in making a decision how to rank this restaurant as my service was excellent during the dinner shift. My food was at the correct temperature and served efficiently. The cashier greeted me upon entrance. She was very polite and respectful. Dinner shift earned 5 star.

Took a good while to get a milkshake. The milkshake was not hitting on much. Whatever syrup used did not pair well with the ice cream. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhappy. It was hot in the restaurant; I would be unhappy also.

IMHO this Hardee’s Loves has throw in the surrender towel. Cashier was hohum about her job. Only 1 on the food prep with no lights on in the food area. Cold fries and burger looks like a 2 year old put it together. Love’s womens restroom is one step away from a biohazard….2 of 4 stalls filthy, 1 soap dispencer of 3 is empty, 1 of 2 air dryers works and 0 of 4 paper towel dispencers is out…this is at 9 pm.
