We live in Saltillo and the Hardee’s there has pretty much ruined the chain for us, however we stopped in the Booneville location on a whim Sunday morning and was quite shocked. Those folks were getting it done! Quick service for such a busy time. The staff was great and I noticed the Manager was very active in keeping things running smoothly. Definitely will stop in again. Kudos to the whole staff for a job well done!

I have NEVER in my life experienced such an incompetent restaurant as this one. It literally does not matter what day I go, what time of the day I go or who is working they always mess my order up in some form or fashion. You know it’s bad when the manager recognizes that it goes out of her way to apologize and say we’re always messing your order up and guess what folks that order was messed up too. And then the gray-haired manager doesn’t even bother to make it right by you it’s freaking amazing goodbye Hardee’s.
