I used to only do Hardee’s strictly for breakfast. Who doesn’t love their biscuits, right? A few months ago, my husband just kept on wanting us to go grab a burger here until finally I reluctantly agreed. Let me just say I have been missing out! Those thick burgers are something!! I fell in love with them, but depending on which location you choose, you may or may not have the same luck. That’s sad to say, but no truer words have ever been spoken. This Verona location is definitely one to avoid. The restaurant was filthy, the staff is extremely rude and certainly not appreciative of your business. The food also was not close to being as good as the Fulton location. Very disappointing and expensive experience. The pricing is my biggest complaint on the lunch/dinner menu. If you don’t get the coupons, they’re just as expensive as a steak house, which is ridiculous. My best advice is stay clear of Verona Hardee’s

I mean it’s so hard to put into words exactly my experience. I’ve never hand an issue at this location. The employees are always in a good mood and willing to help. The store and the bathroom areas stay clean. The food itself is wonderful no mater what I order. I do wish to see more options open in the 5$ boxes and bring back the two burger 5$ box. Other than that I love eating at this location.

September 12, 2019: Exceptionally good service – the woman who took my order and payment was very friendly and ask how I was doing. The man who gave me my order was pleasant and cautioned me that the food was excessively hot. These two exhibited especially good interpersonal skills with their customer service and went beyond requirements. The food was good, too. This is the best Hardee’s located in Tupelo or Lee Co. The service is the friendliest in the area. Not only is the staff friendly (meaning they know their regulars by name) the service is quick and accurate. Their food has always fresh. The inside is clean and inviting. Outside of the restaurant is just as clean. If you like Hardee’s, you will not be disappointed with your stop at this location.
