Drive through was very friendly, not crowded at all which made me skeptical but I had quick service. Not enough ice in the tea, disappeared before I got back to work, but fries were good temperature and hamburgers were perfect. Navaeh had a great attitude at the window.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen from a fast food place. Was in the drive through for nearly twenty minutes and I was at the front of the line the entire time. I was then stuck after receiving my food because a car was told to pull up and wait for theirs. They asked why I can’t move, when it was clear as day why I couldn’t. They then didn’t do anything to tell the driver to move up further and said they’ll move when they get their food. Other customers were stacking up behind me. The employee then started to go outside to bring those behind me their food and take their payment, instead of asking the person in front to pull up further. By far the most ridiculous and frustrating thing I’ve seen at a fast food place. After receiving my food I didn’t get out of the line for seven minutes afterwards and that’s because the person behind me was able to wiggle out and I could then backup. There’s no excuse for this, not one bit.

30 plus minutes waiting on a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Absolutely focused on drive thru while you sit there. Finally got food and oh boy the tots are fried so deep, they have no inside lol. I’ll avoid this place.

If you drive by this Hardee’s during lunch time, when all restaurants are busy, you will find very few customers at this restaurant. The reason for this phenomenon is because the food is trash, the service is horrible, and they serve lukewarm milkshakes. This restaurant is a shameful reproach to the Hardee’s Company. I’ve always loved Hardee’s but I loathe this one in Crossville.

My sister and I both ordered biscuits and gravy. My gravy had large pieces of broken up sausage patties in it. Biscuits were almost burned. My sister didn’t have any sausage in her gravy. The biscuits were also almost burned and tough. This was in Crossville TN today. We were surprised since Hardee’s is known for their biscuits.

Tried to stop at our Hardee’s to get a drink at 4:15 in the afternoon on Monday they were not open. Will never go to this location again for anything the employees were rude when they told us oh we’re closed there’s just no sign there bad management.

I had a 2 star review before. Went back… I spent $14 on large monster burger combo. I live 4 minutes away. The fries were not just cold they were stale. No salt. Horrible horrible experience. I was hungry. Couldn’t whe when eat it.
