Under new management. A very poor personality person who manages this store now. Since he took over as manager, he has run off a very personable person who use to work there of a morning. The food quality has declined sharply, as I am now getting over-cooked french toast sticks, hard biscuits, and lumpy gravy. I use to stop every morning, now, it is improbable that I even stop once a week now. As much as I really dislike McDonalds, they are of a better quality food and crew.

Ordered on the app so we could get in and out. Said about 5 minutes, we waited 10. They hadn’t even started our order when we arrived and not because they were busy. There was nobody else there, one person in drive thru and no other orders pending. Waited 35 minutes more for the food. It’s one thing if they were nice about it or even gave us an update or reason but of course that wasn’t the case. They definitely need some training in customer service and time management.

This place is always hit or miss. One time I went there and the food was excellent and fresh. Been back two times since and the second time the fries were stale and the third the fries weren’t fresh or stale. Kinda like a Goldilocks

If your not going to open your store until 5:30 in the mornings. How about change your hours because they are listed online that y’all open at 5am I was told by the drive thru at 5:15 we’re sorry we don’t start serving breakfast until 5:30 then why are all the lights on and hours state 5am??? Need better management.

A better name for this Hardees location would be Barfees, because the last two times I’ve eaten it that has been the result. I stopped eating breakfast at this location sometime ago because four times in a row. The food was either undercooked or over cooked. The last time we ate at this location we got the chicken fingers which made me, my mother and my nephew all three seconds. Tonight I had a double cheeseburger, the meat was cooked to the consistency of shoe leather and did not taste correct nor did the ketchup taste right on it. They both tasted old which led to me paying a visit to the bathroom to regurgitate. I suggest going to another Hardees location if that’s what you wish for dinner.

I walked in and was not greeted. There were 3 customers in line including myself and the cashier allowed a customer to skip line and order a large coffee. She did not direct this man to go to the back of the line or advise him that there were other customers in front of him. She then proceeded to make his coffee and realized that there was no coffee and made a pot of coffee while the previous customers continued to wait.
