My boyfriend had to work later than normal and so we stopped at Hardee’s in Vonore around 8:40pm. They close at 9pm. Crystal was friendly and helpful. This was our second time going to a Hardee’s. Crystal was also handing out the food through the drive-thru window. She apologized for the wait and explained that only she and the manager were working. Two workers had called in that evening. My food was hot! Big, huge plus! I took off a point for food quality because the burger had a weird taste. The drive thru was packed! I guess everyone was hungry at the same time and decided to stop at Hardee’s. These workers hit it out of the park. Amazing customer service. I was impressed! I will definitely stop back to this location. Thank you Crystal for superior customer service! We really appreciate the manager for busting her hump cooking for all of us in the drive-thru!

Unknown 2 pm no cars in the parking lot, no one in drive through. The lobby was closed though like it was a full blown rush hour. Sorry but if I wanted to eat in my car I would go to Sonic. Left the Hardee’s drove a mile down the road and every restaurant had their lobbies wide open, so I went to Arby’s and had a very nice late lunch. The employees were the same number Hardee’s had at their location.

We all got hot ham and cheese sandwiches they were cold, and the ham was two different colors. I’m not sure if it was good. My boyfriend also got a milkshake, afterwards, he became deathly ill and ended up at the ER, so I’M not sure it was just him or something was wrong with the milkshake.

I came thru the drive thru on Monday and the lady was rude and complained that I ordered too much food. Thought it was just a bad day, came back with the guys on Tuesday. Food as terrible. Fries were cold. The burger was not even warm. I ordered no tomatoes, there were 2 on it. This is by far the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. When i camp at citico, I used to come get Food from Hardee’s. It was nasty then. Yall need to make some changes. My stomach already hurts. I paid $12 for a stomach ache. Thanks!

We went and got the double bacon and double sausage biscuits with a fried egg. We got to where we were going and started eating, my husband’s biscuit was poorly put together and then noticed that the fried egg was green. I should also mention we’ve had these before and it was not that way.
