I just came through the drive thru, I stopped specifically to get the curly fries, so I ordered a combo I had to wait for awhile to get it, and I don’t mind at all to wait if that means fresh food. What’s really bad is when you wait, and have your hopes up especially for fresh curly fries only to find out after leaving they’re STONE COLD! I was so mad! My sandwich was fresh, so why couldn’t you make my fries fresh too??? I was about the only person there, they just didn’t care. I called after to tell them, and didn’t even get a “ we’ll make it up to you” definitively not worth the nearly $12 I paid!

I live nearby. Haven’t been here in quite some time. Stopped in today at 1230 for a change. Hasn’t improved. Got the Star Deal Combo. Burger was cold. Fries were old and cold. The diet Dr Pepper was not “diet” .. I know because I avoid sugar in drinks I observed the place is not particularly clean in the kitchen area. . I watched the girl assembling burgers … slow as molasses in January. Place seems understaffed. Employee sitting by the front entry door smoking a cigarette where customers go in and out. At first I mistook him for a homeless guy. Checked the men’s room… it was fairly clean. No issues with that. Won’t be back. Tip: Wendy’s next door is particularly well run. McDonald’s nearby is decent and meets expectations.

Corporate is running this amazing food chain into the ground. They have almost no staff. Folks won’t work for pennies, they need full time hours, benefits and pay worth their time. I love the menu and the staff who corporate allows to be there are decent. The staff is not the issue. As with every other company out there, the CEOs and upper echelon are so greedy they won’t treat the folks working for them right. This used to be my favorite fast food place. Now they have to keep closing and the few staff they have are worked to death. Get it together sparkle. If you want the money YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY INTO YOUR STAFFING.

Was cussed at by the drive thru employee for taking a couple items off my order (drinks). Even more unfortunate that my kids were in the car and heard all this and were confused. Nothing we could do but drive away. I understand it’s not the best job in the world but if you’re that miserable then call in sick or something. Returned after hitting mcds instead and the manager informed us she had been fired for it. Hopefully that’s true but I’m sure they just gave her a raise cause all Hardees employees are

We eat breakfast at Hardee’s at least 3 to 5 times a week and the young lady at the drive thru is always extremely friendly! She already knows what we want and usually has us ready, with little wait time!

Id give 0 if I could. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. I had to go in and get it because the manager was too busy on her phone our food had been sitting there on the counter. We had a mobile order I shouldn’t have had to go in and ask for our food after waiting almost 30 minutes.
