Drive thru girl gave me a five min lecture about ants and ant control because I poured my water out to make room for a drink. Hamburger is a hot mess, now I know why no one was there at 630pm. Please just close this location if this is the best you can do.

This was my second and last trip to this Hardees. Awful! Both times I’ve stopped they were out of what I wanted. This last trip they were out of chicken patties, chicken tenders, and didn’t even have ketchup! How does a fast food restaurant not have ketchup?! The first time I stopped at this restaurant they didn’t fries, onion rings or drink straws! Yes, straws! Now either my timing is the worst ever or somebody running this store doesn’t know what they’re doing or care. Learn from McDonald’s! I’ve never been told they’re out of something I’ve ordered from there.

We went to get breakfast on friday morning. It was 10:30 am and we were told that they stopped serving at 10:30 . I had called and was told 11 am was when breakfast stopped. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service.

I love the Hardee’s big roast beef sandwich. We decided to go here rather then the Wendy’s next door. Turns out they don’t have the roast beef. I cancelled the order and went next door to Wenday’s. My wife got the salad she wanted and I just got a sanwich and a drink. I hope Hardee’s is just temporarily out of roast beef and not dropping it from the menu. There’s an Arby’s not far from here but we are staying at the Hampton Inn and didn’t want to drive anymore since we have been driving all day.

The food here is nasty! Nobody is keeping a quality check. The hamburger meat was dry and old, lettuce was turning black, tomatoes were sliced thick and unevenly, there was barely any sauce on the burger. Complete abomination to the Hardee’s brand. Someone hire a new manager who keeps quality control in mind.

I go to this Hardee’s for breakfast quite often because I work down the road but it’s pointless to get hash Browns because there always over cooked and hard or almost raw. I don’t understand how you can consistently mess this up.

To get food at 1:00 a.m. they told us it would be 35% more on our order. As if that wasn’t a lot in itself the lady then asked us what we wanted and I told her chicken strips and she said we don’t have chicken strips they also didn’t have breakfast so I don’t even know why they stay open and most of the time when you go by there they’re closed for an hour for whatever reason I don’t know if that’s a normal thing because I don’t normally go there because they are rude af every single time …..

Went there and this service was horrible, the food what’s the nastiest thing I’ve tasted. the baked ham sandwiches was disgusting, french fries were disgusting and cold. the service was disgusting they put food on nasty counters.
