I love this Hardee’s. You usually have a wait time if you order for a big family like ours, but they always give you fresh food and fries if so. Sandy is the best manager, and she takes care of any issues with customers with grace. Shakes are good, and chicken tenders the best around!

Floor was wet told them nobody did anything it was very sticky and customer brought food back in for 2nd time first time there were hairs in fries and then came back with burger not made correctly So we asked for refund nobody had their hair up or hair nets place was nasty

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pair of bacon cheeseburgers and milkshakes to match. After being asked to pull to the side so they could whip up the milkshakes, we waited for 15 min. After finally getting the food and returning home, we found the food was cold. The burgers looked pathetically small and didn’t even have the bacon. Never going back.

I just went in there to get some breakfast for the day, me and my mother got the breakfast platter with the French Toast Sticks. The food wasn’t all that good. The bacon felt like I was chewing on leather strips and the French toast tastes a bit stale. The eggs were ok, but not anything that I would jump to. It definitely wasn’t worth the $13 we spent eating there. The service was pretty good though, so no complaints there.

It’s Hardee’s (aka Carl Jr’s) so you know the fast food chain and their offerings. Best known for their breakfast offerings their burgers are either loved or not so much depending on ones personal taste. At this location, burgers are made fresh to order so if you are asked to pull out of the drive thru and park that is the reason. I do recommend the apple turnovers they sell because these are the ones like Taco Bell used to offer years ago if anyone remembers. This is a good location I frequent a couple times a month. The staff is very friendly and polite.

It don’t matter if there’s 1 person in line or 15 people in line you ALWAYS have to pull into a parking spot and wait 5-10 minutes for your food. There has to be a better way to operate. The staff however is usually very friendly. Perhaps a staffing issue? Maybe Hardee’s should pay their employees a livable wage and more folks would be inclined to apply.

I have visited this particular Hardee’s a few times and only a handful of those few times was I satisfied with my order. One time we went in and ate and my husband found a hair in his fries, when he asked the young lady “what is this?” she replied “a fry?” so he asked her to look closer and when she saw the hair she said “oops” and turned around and walked off. Today I stopped in through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast, when I got home with my food I was shocked at how the sandwiches looked. It was ridiculous. The pictures will explain. I worked at Hardee’s for 5 years as a crew trainer and I know how things are supposed to be done and this Hardee’s apparently does not do ANYTHING by the book. Maybe I should go back to work at the Erwin location to teach them a thing or two. The Hardee’s I worked at wasn’t the best in the world (none of them really are), but at least our sandwiches weren’t put together like this. Sad.
