Very thoughtful and courteous staff; even with some special requests we were made Ro feel valued customers rather than an inconvenience. Provided sufficient condiments and napkins without needing to be asked or extra charges.

Never get the same food. Biscuits wonderful one day next day tough cannot eat. Egg 1/2 one day next double egg. Orange juice wonderful but purchased from outside Hardee’s.

The lady that took my order was extremely rude. I ordered 4 biscuit and gravies and an apple turnover. I immediately asked to make that two apple turnovers. You could hear the lady take a deep breath and blow into the mic like I had bothered her. She then used a very hateful voice and said “come on around”. All the biscuit and gravies were stood on the ends in the bag. Glad the lids were on good. When I called to say something, the manager rushed me off the phone and it’s not like they were real busy.

I have been going to this location every morning for drive thru breakfast for 9 years. The quality of food has declined terribly over atleast the last year. This morning I asked to speak to the manager as the biscuit I got yesterday was as hard as a rock (as were several previously) The young girl at the window told the manager behind her what I said and she didn’t even look up. I said to the girl, that shows you what kind of manager you have right there. The manager came over at that point and told me if I didn’t like their food I just needed to go somewhere else. Thats all she had to say. This woman has no business managing this store and if nothing else needs Customer Service Training and an attitude adjustment. I’ll be going to McDonalds from now on. I should have made that decision long ago.
