My children and I stopped in for a quick breakfast. Not expecting much at all.This particular Hardee’s went above and beyond with their customer service! Our food was out super fast. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. They even had a manager walking around asking everyone how they were doing. They had the sweetest employees working there. A wonderful employee named Mrs. Cecelia was also working so hard cleaning all the tables and making sure everyone was taken care of. She was an absolute blessing to us this morning! We will definitely be back to this Hardee’s just for the great customer service we had today

First-time visit at the Hardee’s in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Not an experience to brag about. My father and I ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit with gravy hash browns ham egg and cheese a couple of drinks into cinnamon raisin biscuits. His order was wrong. There wasn’t much ham on my biscuit. And the girl helping us was obviously very very new. And everybody else was trying to do their job. So she had no support. I would probably not return to this location. Therefore my recommendation to anyone interested is good luck. I’m sure it’ll be a hit-or-miss experience.

Horrible attitude I am a truck driver I called to find out what is the option for ordering because the lobby is closed because of staffing issues. The lady that answered the phone was not courteous. Her only reply was you’re gonna have to walk up to the window and unlike other locations nearby, there was no other options. Im sorry but that’s dangerous when you have 20 cars in the drive-through

Stopped for breakfast hash browns tasted like they had been made the day before and barely warm and the guy at the window said my card was declined I don’t know what he did but it had locked my card the only reason for 2 stars is the young lady that took my order and handed me my food was very nice Well I decide to give them another chance this morning since it’s right beside where I am staying and again I am having to reset my card I ask if they needed the pin the young man acted like I wasn’t even talking and tried my card 3 more time so I had to give him a different card for payment. Plus coffee and potatoes Luke warm again if I could give 0 stars I would. Lesson learned on this place
