My boyfriend and I got dinner at this location. I ordered the three piece chicken tenders and he ordered a mushroom and Swiss. We upgraded the meal to a large. First thing they forgot our straws, no big deal. We pull up and check our bag before leaving the parking lot. The fries and the tenders were nowhere near being close to warm. Like I understand most of these places have heat lamps right? So after the food is cooked it stays warm? But there was no way either of these were made fresh. So we pull around and my boyfriend takes the food inside the restaurant to let them know the issue. So it takes so long for them to remake it they had to remake his burger as well. They give him the “new” food and we take a look at it. The fries were nice and hot and I’m starving by this point so I gobbled half them down really quick. I was so excited about these tenders because normally they are one of my favorites. They were so chewy and hard and definitely tasted re-dropped in the fryer. I am so disappointed and disgusted I had to spit them out. We will not return and we definitely DO NOT recommend.

All of the employees are very kind even when having a bad day. The managers are very professional yet fun to be around. The manager Kenneth is very much a good worker. He will sort out any issue or need you may have, yet also has a fun attitude and will lighten the day. I can’t wait to start working here with the General Manager Brandy aswell as The manager Kenneth and any other employees!!

Waited 30+ minutes to get told I’ll have a long wait to be able to get my food. That they have no one to work. They have to make biscuits. That I should have expected the inconvenience because they put a sign up. I don’t understand. Why is this place still open or why is nothing being done about improving the establishment. This has been an on going problem for years now, hoping it would get better.

So I had been 2x before Christmas of 2022 and I was disgusted with quality and I swore I was done the 3rd time but then I was told by some locals that it had new management so this morning I decided to test it out and honestly it was amazing and the ladies were so sweet to make give me the omelet biscuit but without the biscuit and it tasted delicious. The food here might be ok, but I’m really not sure. The last several times I’ve wanted hardee’s breakfast, they have been closed. I’m sure the restrooms and dining room are clean and well stocked, since they don’t open for business. McDonald’s down the street is open. You can even go inside if you want to sit and eat your lunch. Maybe someday we can have a Hardee’s that serves food in our little town, rather than an empty building with an abandoned parking lot.
