This has become one of the worst chain restaurants in Cleveland TN. All locations now close at different times and this one specific is the latest one open till 8pm although you will never be able to order food if there isn’t atleast a couple cars where they would have multiple cars complain. 20 till 15till 10 till they will refuse you and since Covid they have used the excuse of closing 10 mins early “due to short staffing” seriously you just went an entire shift with the same amount of staffers but bc they didn’t want to serve us they didn’t and said sorry due to staffing we are closing 10 mins early and by the way we were not trying to eat in either just getting it to go. This manager has also said the GM knows they do this and it’s fine on a previous visit 30 mins before closing with the same excuse.

People were nice, but FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! My sweet tea tasted like mold. Like the urn had never been taken apart and cleaned. My chicken biscuit was still raw in the middle. I called to try to talk to someone, but nobody answered the phone. I didn’t turn around because I was already 30 mins away by the time I tried to start eating. Straight b.s.

I shared a review on here a while back that was all 5 stars. I have deleted that review now. Idk what the managers name is that is working this morning 8-21-23 but I have never been treated so poorly at a establishment. He almost threw our food at us through the drive through window yelled at us because he got our order wrong. He was very hateful and would not listen to us at all.. honestly shouldn’t even be working with the public. We eat here every morning and we will not return. He wouldn’t tell me his name. I am considering contacting corporate. Extremely disappointed with your manager on 25th street Hardee’s. Do better! This is only the 2nd bad review I have ever posted on anything and I hate to do it but something needs to happen with this guy maybe he needs a day off idk.

The entire order is horrible. The fries are the Cheddar Bacon Ranch and there is literally a few specals of bacon, ranch on just the middle of the fries and completely no cheese. There’s 2 Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburgers with burnt Onion Rings, Burnt Bacon and old patties. The server Eric with blond bleach looking hair was my order taker. I also saw him walking back and forth touching the food and without even washing his hands in between. He came to window was so rude about taking my payment, I present him coupons and he was refusing to accept them and I didn’t pay until he took discounts off. It was a very terrible transaction.
