Cashier was rude. I thought the price was high but thought maybe I just looked at the price wrong. I asked for the receipt. Was told it would be in the bag. Cashier brought my food out to the table. It wasn’t in the bag. So I went back and asked for it again. The Bacon Cheese Burger was good. The curly fries were stuck together. I looked at the receipt and sure enough I was over charged so I went back to the counter, spoke with the manager. Who said it should have been 11$ and some change and he did a refund and walked off. Had no idea if the refund went through or not so I left. The combo was 9.39 plus tax estimated at 1.20 puts it at 10.60ish. Hardee’s needs somebody to work on their math. I have pics but I don’t see an option to post them.

Stood in line for 10 minutes (no exaggeration because I timed it) and not one order was taken in the lobby. There were a few people working but multiple people just walking around or in an office. This place has some serious management issues as it seemed at least 2 of the people were in some type of management role.

Super slow takes forever to get your order.. I’m also a dasher and it takes forever to get the orders for it as well. I ordered breakfast myself the other morning and Drew the assistant General manager pretty much told me to take the apple pies because they was out of peach didn’t offer a refund and told me to tell the person who ordered door dash that’s all they had and walked off and I tried to tell him it was my order and I do not want or like apple and he just pretty much blew me off and I ordered online on the hardees mobile app… he seems to have a attitude alot of the times slinging stuff when I go in to pick up orders also..

Employees were lazy and arguing with each other. Our food was cold. They let it sat almost 20 minutes before we got it. Worst Hardee’s experience. We were looking forward to a hot burger and fries. Very disappointed . We are about half and tossed the rest.

First I want to say service is very slow, then the biscuits suck they was burnt, my steak was hard I do not believe I will be having breakfast there anymore then we go same day and got dinner frys was cold and was out of my favoright chicken sandwich and I waited at the window for. A half hour or better this pla e needs better management the people are rude not a very good atmosphere they need help …

Price, price, price! It’s the reason for the 1 star. The more I thought about it, the madder I got. $28 for 2 combo meals is outrageous. We used to eat out once or twice a week… NEVER Again Hardee’s…. NEVER AGAIN!

My order was wrong. I ordered a double mushroom swiss burger, didn’t get a double(told them double twice, paid for double). Fries for both combos were cold and could tell they had been cooked a while ago. Condiments on my other burger were on one small area and running off the side. My order was almost $20. I am very disappointed at the food that I received. And, they were not busy. Maybe 2 cars in the lot. I only go to Hardee’s because my husband likes the burgers, but he was very disappointed that he didn’t get his double burger. Smithville, TN. The girl at the window was friendly.
