Had an Uber order here and the lady said she couldn’t find it in their system (it was a large order). I called support and all the sudden the order was canceled. The agent came back on the phone and told me the restaurant canceled the order. Why offer Uber Eats if you do not want to fulfill the orders Hardee’s?? AWFUL LOCATION!!!

Customer service was terrible and I asked for my food to be cooked fresh and someone made it all they way home and my food wasn’t hot at all! Fries were soggy and tenders were cold! Hopefully this inconvenience is handled properly considering there was a manager on duty and should know part of servsafe is quality!

The place itself is not a problem. What is going on is that the menu has been replaced by that of Carl’s Jr. The main menu online for the country itself has the Hardee’s menu, but I would have to drive out of state just to get a traditional Thickburger. Either restore the Hardee’s menu down here, or rebrand the restaurants.

The food was good and it normally is.. Service leaves a bit to be desired. Young man looks to be fresh out of high school. Did not greet me and when I asked for mustard he rambled around in a small bin above the register for all of 3 seconds before saying “we probably ain’t got none”. Lucky for him the food is always fresh and overcomes his poor customer service.
