Stopped for a 1$ coffee as listed on the drive thru menu was charged 2.19 when I mentioned it she gave me a 10% discount. She was rude. Didn’t offer any cream or sugar. The drive thru was not busy. Her name was Teresa M. Definitely not what I was trying to deal with before work.

The app says dine in or drive through I got there she locked me out, this was at 8am, the line was long at the drive thru so I decided to go inside so I thought, she wouldnt let me in so I went home and fixed my own breakfast, Hardee would roll in his grave if he saw how his customers were treated

Came in to pick up an Uber Eats order for a customer. There were five people behind the counter and not one of them greeted me. I stood there for about 10 minutes. I was polite, but the person behind the cash register was very rude.

Do not go here and order any kind of chicken. I went through the drive-thru line and ordered the 5-piece chicken tenders. The person in front of me had ordered a chicken sandwich. I know it takes them twice as long as it should to make a chicken sandwich, so I knew I would have to wait a bit. I sat in the line for probably about 10-15 minutes (it was only me and the car ahead of me in the drive-through). Once I finally get up to the window, they asked me what I had ordered, and then they say that they had accidentally given my tenders to the car ahead of me. They asked me to pull up while they made me some more. By this time, I had burned up the majority of my lunch break, so I just left. I understand that the restaurant is probably short staffed, but why in the world does it take so long to make chicken? This place needs a total overhaul from top to bottom.

Had my 1st bad Hardee’s experience. I bought 2 of the Egg Biscuits as advertised for $5. Unbeknownst, I was charged full price for them. I didn’t realize until at work when I glanced the receipt. Unfortunately, it’s my loss, but it won’t happen again.

To start I was the only person in the drive through, I ordered a typical burger (#2) I paid for my order and waited at the window for 10 minutes before getting a beverage and then another 8 before I finally received my food which was the wrong order and covered in a pile of Grease. So didn’t taste bad per day but definitely not a location I’ll plan to visit again

Everytime I go thru this Hardee’s it’s seems to be the worst food ever. All the other Hardee’s in Murfreesboro is excellent. This one one broad St. Food is never cooked all the way . Bread isn’t toasted full of greasy butter. I definitely don’t recommend
