I went through the drive through today around 1:30 & the girl at the window was extremely nice & helpful!!!! We love Hardees chicken strips & that’s what we bought. They were delicious & piping hot. We think they are the closest thing to hot fresh fried chicken ( without a bone, of course ). Thanks to girl at drive through I didn’t get home without dipping sauce, which I greatly appreciated so I didn’t get all way home before realizing I forgot it.

Ordered 2 double mushroom and swiss as well as a 5 piece chicken tender. Told it was a 9 minute wait for the tenders. All fine there. Pulled up and waited. Got my food and got home. The burgers were so gle mushroom and swiss. Went back and was told all they could do was add another patty to what I had because they were out of mushroom. So now I have 2 burgers that were no doubt made immediately when I ordered, held for 15 minutes while the chicken was cooked, cooled more on the 20 minute drive home and back to the store and am now leaving with a cold burger with a hot patty on it. Very sad.

Ended I waiting for almost 40 minutes for my food. But I did get to watch one of the employees fling dirty mop water everywhere. Floors, walls, seats and I’m sure the windows and tables got a decent helping of that bathroom floor mop water!
