Burger Pattie’s burnt. It shouldn’t even went out the window. That shows the establishment does not care about the quality of food for returnable customers. The window attendants nails were so long she couldn’t even give me change back properly without dropping it on the ground and ignoring the fact that she did. Will not be returning.

Employees were very friendly, worked quickly to serve customers inside and in drive-thru, and cleaned dining room and parking lot when not serving customers. This is most organized Hardee’s restaurant that I have ever visited. They need to bring employees from Columbia, TN for training here. Worst 2 stores ever there!

Jeta is the BEST. If I owned a restaurant I would hire her immediately. I drive past 2 other Hardee’s to go to the one she runs. They always have great service no matter how busy they are. The Old Hickory and Mt. Juliet Hardee’s managers need to take lessons from her! My favorite stop for breakfast or a great burger.

Blessed Beyond-Measure
The breakfast crew was pleasant. They greeted everyone who entered. The cashier(Jeta Q, was the name on the receipt) was very welcoming, manerable, and helpful. Although they were pretty busy, the atmosphere was good, and the crew seemed to work well together. We were thanked and wished a good day as we exited.
