The blonde female kinda tall cashier was super helpful and went above and beyond for me. The power to the whole block went out during our visit. The kids (1 boy, 1 girl) had to use the restroom before getting back on the road. The mens restroom didn’t have an emergency light in it, but the women’s did. My little girl was to scared to go in to the men’s where I was allowed even woth my phones flashlight on because of it being pitch black. The cashier heard us and offered to stand at the door while I stood by the door on the inside so she could use the restroom. Thank you!

Inside restaurant closed at 5:30. Went through drive thru. Devin talked overtop us while trying to order. He exhibited no customer service skills and did not show any enthusiasm about his job. Hardee’s needs to train workers in customer service.

Just stopped in to get a cold Coca-Cola on a hot southern afternoon and use the ladies room… all was good till I followed an employee out and she didn’t wash her hands before returning to work glad I wasn’t eating and she didn’t wait on me… just sayin tell somebody.

We stopped at this Hardee’s on our way from Florida to Ohio. We always have a great experience at our local Hardee’s. We ordered a chicken biscuit and a chicken biscuit combo. The girls working the front and the drive through were friendly. It wasn’t very busy and we didn’t wait long for our food. We ordered it “to go.” We didn’t check the food and that was our mistake. Once we left and opened our food we were horribly disappointed. Our chicken was barely room temperature and dried out like jerky. We were there at 6:30 in the morning! I wouldn’t be surprised to know that it was left from the prior day. That is how bad the chicken was. We had already left or we would have gone back inside for a refund. I gave the 1 star for the friendliness of the staff; otherwise it would be 0 stars. We also used the restrooms while we were there. They were not clean. The men’s room was really bad
