I ordered a chicken breakfast platter, which costs extra. I got an overcooked, tough piece of chicken not breaded and quite small. I thought it was a piece of ham. The manager didn’t know they were out of breading. Then the manager asks what she can do to make it right. I said, “nothing I guess.” She agreed. I guess this is acceptable quality when paying extra.

I used to really like Hardees, but they just get worse and worse. I used to live their roast beef sandwich, better than Arby’s even. They haven’t had it in years. However I was looking at the menu on Google maps for this location and it shows the roast beef sandwich back on there, so I was really excited. I went straight there and ordered it and of course they didn’t have it. If it’s on the menu you should be able to get it. I ordered a regular hot ham n cheese instead. After taking all the bread with no meat on it off there wasn’t much left.

Stay away from the Hardee’s at South Parkway and Green Cove unless you want to get sick -with everything coming out both ends. I had to wait a little because they said they were waiting on the fries. However, only the fries on the very top were good (fresh), the ones under were cold and soggy. The bacon double cheeseburger tasted very old. It was lunch time, but they weren’t busy. Thirty to forty five minutes later, I was running for the bathroom. …several times for the rest of the day / night. I will NEVER return. Maybe that’s why lunch time isn’t busy?

I come here often & usually don’t have issues. But this time… boy do i have some. First, after every single item i said over drive thru they told me to wait, and then would pop back up and restart. Not that big of a deal.. whatever. Then.. I sit at the window about 10 min without any interaction(normal here). Finally they give me my stuff but i told them i was missing a drink. gave it to me, so i leave. swoop back around because i was also missing a fry. The manager is already at the window waiting for me to tell me that the tenders i ordered do not come in a combo. (even tho they asked what i wanted to drink with it) we argue for a second because i have literally gotten that combo before at least 3x. & so i pay for a large fry but i waited over 20 minutes for that one fry. there was SO much attitude from your “manager” . & what makes me the most mad is that they were just going to let me leave without drink & fry without telling me about it at all.

I like this location, it’s on my way to see my daughter. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious! They always know what the specials are and Hardee’s is one of the few restaurants that still Mail out coupon’s!!! Like everything else the price has gone up some it seems they are trying to keep it reasonable. The staff is very friendly and they don’t mind if you want extra napkins or jelly or other stuff that some restaurants seem to horde.

This is second time I went there lady I drive thru had an attitude wasn’t very pleasant at all our fries were thrown into bag with most of them all over rest of the order. The drunks had liquid all over tops and what we requested off was what was left on the sandwiches. I worked in resturants for over 20 years I get there’s bad days but come on people this is about customer service.

This was supposed to be bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Really. Had to wait almost 30 minutes, that was not the problem. The problem was a dark curly boy who was taking his sweet time. When I said something, he spouted back at me.. I understand that they were busy but his slowness, and don’t care and smart mouth needs to be somewhere else in that store. I went to Hardee’s for lunch. I have not been to this particular location in a long time. My cheeseburger was extremely greasy and the meat did not taste good at all. This did not seem like a Angus cheeseburger I was very disappointed in the food and I will not be returning to this particular location.
