Chicken tenders are smaller, and car ahead had a huge order held up the line. Most stores would have them move up to help speed of drive thru.

Service was good. No one else in line. Server immediately let us know she was having to start the onion rings we ordered, and then continued taking the order. Appreciated the forethought! So did not have to wait. However, my onion rings were way over cooked! Very crunch and some black burnt parts. Not how I want them at all. The chicken sandwich was also disappointing. It was over Cooked on the outside but close/if not too undercooked on the inside. Since there was no one in front of us and they put the rings in for our order, I would think they could have been good! Maybe oil is too hot?

Goin thru drive thru today was the BEST customer service I’ve had here in a VERY long time. Kayla O was the one giving it! I would love to see this location back the way it was when Drain built it! Kayla O is very fit in delivering customer service. With more staff and continuous customer service like hers, this store will be a pleasure to visit once again and again!

I tried calling this am to seee if you had a new biscuit maker? Your biscuits have no taste to them like something is missing? My breakfast was awful!

Placed my order and get to the window found out they had upsized my order without asking and get my food and go to pull off and the hash browns that were upsized were not even in the bag so I have to ask for those, then I drive home and it was the completely wrong order, I know it’s hard to find help right now but that can’t be an excuse forever it’s called customer service for a reason, at least make sure your customers at least get what they ordered and don’t charge them for something they didn’t order
