Felt rushed to order and did not get the deal as advertised on the window but paid full price. The registers were apparently broken so the staff had to take my credit card to the drive through window to use it and then she forgot to return my card. She ignored me when I returned to the counter to ask for ketchup and acted like she didn’t see or hear me so another staff member handed me a wad of ketchup packets. Burger was mediocre and sloppy but the fries were very good. Soda machine was not working so had to be filled behind the counter.

A wonderful woman at the drive-thru. Concise professional and even caring that the customer’s orders for correct, hot, fresh! I rarely eat fast but I will come here again, the best service I’ve had a long time at a fast-food restaurant!

It’s showing it opens at 5:00 AM on Google, pulled up two cars there but no one pulls up to the microphone to take my order call the store no one picks up. If the store is opening late give the courtesy to your customers to have a sign on the menu board and the drive up

Was sitting in drive thru 10 minutes while the staff was horse playing. Everybody was pulling off. Employee stated they not opening until 6:30am. No biscuits. Terrible !

I got food poison from this place on Sunday 04/02/2023 afternoon. I was sick for two days .I ordered the Angus beef burger for the first time. I usually don’t mess with this restaurant because they are very slow service and under staff.

I never got to make an order because the people that were there at work even though it was open never would answer the intercom through the drive-thru and the door to the inside was locked even though there was people in there and they were supposed to be open to take an order. I guess nobody wants to work there just sit on the clock and suck your money dry and to hell with your company and to hell with the customers

I am not a fan of Hardee’s but I stopped because my Mom likes it. Neither of us cared for the sandwich we chose. However, the guy who took my order gets an A+ for attitude. Great customer service, but he forgot the ketchup after asking if I needed any. I just went back inside…which usually irritates me, but he was so nice, I couldn’t be upset.
