I literally have videos of us calling these people through the window and nothing we pull back around the spot where you order and just ignoring us I have videos of these people and they both need to loose their jobs we sat here for 30 minutes while they over here not working right I’m very unhappy we just drove all the way from jemison to alabaster for this. Will never come back these people ruining Hardee’s it used to be good and have good workers. All I have to say is Wendy’s definitely got our service tonight

Very clean, very delicious breakfast. Beat breakfast I’ve had in a long time and the staff was very friendly and talkative which was a nice change. If you aren’t in a talking mood they would respect that as well. Thanks for the hot fresh breakfast! Can definitely tell y’all take pride in what you’re doing!

This is the worst place ever to go eat !! Personnel it is extremely RUDE. This is the second time that I get mistreated. Even though I asked there was no need to be rude , she turned more rude after that . It is really sad that someone invested so much money to built this location an own this franchise then being tearing apart by the employees.

The food was good, it looked fairly clean through the drive thru window. The lady at the drive thru could have been friendlier, she wasn’t rude but no smile and no thank you. We love the big hot ham and cheese.

Slow as all hell. Inside over 10 minutes to order 2 meals. 4 people standing around in back and won’t even say hello. Lazy employees and dirty lobby. That looks like it has been dirty for days. Will never come here again and suggest everyone else stays away until they replace the entire crew.

I’m glad that we have a hardee’s in alabaster. My husband picked some burgers up and we enjoyed them. I think the burgers could have used much less mayo, though. My complaints: my husband mentioned the parking lot was weird and we didn’t get any napkins with the order. Good food, though.

I’ve eaten a lot of breakfast at Hardee’s over the years. Multiple Hardee’s. So I say this with 100% experience. The gravy was too thin. Still good don’t get me wrong, just not as thick as the normal gravy you get that Hardee’s. My friend that gets the same thing that every Hardee’s pork chop biscuit, plain. He always asks for mustard. He was informed by the alabaster location yesterday that they have no mustard. I think it’s a failure on the management for allowing them to run out of mustard. Small gripes, I know. But issues that could have been non issues. So I’ll conclude this review with my overall take. Even a bad Hardee’s, is a good Hardee’s, because of the tradition that comes with getting breakfast at Hardee’s. You know you’re going to have a good biscuit and gravy. You know they make really good biscuits, hands down. So, that’s why four stars. Breakfast at a bad Hardee’s is still so much better than breakfast at a great McDonald’s. IMO

Cold food & rude workers. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich & it was cold. Workers didn’t understand why it was wrong. My entire families food was cold. It was dinner time too.
