This place suck, ok I’m sorry I been on the road for 10 hrs I pull in here 10 min before they close and order a cheese burger with katsup mustard pickle I get this with mayo and lettuce never will we bother to go to any Hatdees

The burger I chose was not very good. I hadn’t eaten Hardees, other than breakfast, in a really long time. So I read through the whole menu and chose the sour dough bun burger. The 1st bite immediately reminded me of why I don’t eat there. I really don’t care for their mayonnaise, and they always seem to put a whole cup of mayonnaise on all their burgers. I also felt that it was a but pricey. All I ordered was the burger and a small fry, and if I recall correctly, it was north of $10.00. I live in Florida, and in the summer, I only drink water and just a cold one in with me. I would hate to see what it would cost me if I had ordered a drink also. The other issue I had was that while I was inside eating, the manager had the young worker come into the dining room and sweep! Now anyonevwho had swept knows that sweeping pushes a cloud of dust and debris airborne and I felt that that is a job that shouldn’t be done while patrons are eating food in dining room. Other than that though lol it was great.

I waited at the counter while order taker was taking drive through orders that pulled up after I entered the restaurant. Finally she came up to ask for my order. I was about to speak when she walked away and was talking to someone on her headphones so I left. It was extremely ignorant. I then went next door to Wendy’s and actually had a great sandwich.

normally the restaurant is ok, we don’t go often its expensive for fast food. That said i was craving hardees so we went, most of the menu was gone and i mean they dont have it anymore even though its still on the website as being available for hardees. the lady behind the counter was just rude when we asked questions because we were confused. We ended up walking out and getting a chicken sandwich at kfc because, just no. If you are going to remove half the menu and call it stream lining and im talking simple burgers and sides that have been there forever, since i worked for cke enterprises almost 30 years ago you may as well just close shop. This restaurant was always spotty at best, sometimes decent most of the time not. Just means that i seriously question the brand loyalty i have had for over 30 years.

Older manager lady was yelling the whole time and being impolite with drive through customers. Complaining about system not reading her finger or somethin. Someone was on training in the lobby and was trying to take my order, input incorrectly but I don’t mind. Food is food. Manager yelled and someone to clean a rack and do dishes. She’s nuts. She needs to go. If you can’t handle a professional attitude. Go home

The last 3 times I have ordered take out my food has been horrible. It was presented sloppy and as usual, the order was not how I asked for it. We got hamburgers wrapped in lettuce and the lettuce was wilted and brown. I asked for light on the condiments and it was slopped onto the sandwiches. Our french fries were soggy, cold and hard as a rock. I will not be ordering from the Crystal River Hardee’s in the future. I have eaten at several other Hardee’s and the food has been delicious. I can’t say I have ever had anything prepared correctly or presented well at Crystal River Hardee’s.

Food was tasty enough. Strawberry shake was nice but not as cold as I like! Chicken was oddly squishy and not full white meat it didn’t seem. Onion rings were pittance! So fee for the price.
