Great employees and very great service. Fast and efficient but that only matters when you get the orders correct. This is the second time, first time not receiving my apple pies and this time receiving a plain ham biscuit when I ordered a loaded omelette biscuit. Of course. I live a bit away so I’m not going back to get another. The biscuit was still good and not soemthing I wouldn’t eat but…..I came all the way out to get a omelette biscuit. Ruined me wanting to get Hardee’s from here. Mulberry isn’t any better so I’ll just drive to auburndale when I want Hardee’s now.

So, I walked in at 830 pm (I’m here now) and it looks like they’re already closed. Fryers are turned off, they got tarps & plastic bags on the prep tables. They took my order & were very nice, but they seemed genuinely surprised that they had a customer “this late.” When I worked in fast food, we didn’t turn off the stuff or start breaking down the major components until after actual closing time. Speaking of which, when did everything start closing before 10pm? When did we revert to the 1950’s? And if we have reverted back to the 50’s, we’re missing some key components that made that time period great (including, but not limited to: music, style, respect for each other, money value, etc.). Why can’t fast food places stay open til 1 or 2am like they used to?

We just left Hardee’s drive thru and Vanilla has the best customer service ever. She greeted us with a smile we got our food in a timely manner she made our experience really good I will be coming back. Vanilla is a keeper.

When I go to the drive thru and the associate named Vanilla is working it always puts a smile on my face. Mostly because she always has a smile on her face. Decided to try their crispy chicken sandwich since so many restaurants are doing it now. It wasn’t terrible, but was a bit overcooked and the oil tasted old. Fries also had the same old oil taste to them. Staff were super friendly and location was very clean.

Went and the woman working the drive thru said to let her know when I’m ready to order. After browsing the menu for another 20 seconds she said it again with an attitude. I said I’m still looking at the menu. Gave me another attitude and I drove off. Wonder how many other people she did this to. Needless to say I’ll never spend a dime here.

Very poor customer service. I tried to order food for the family. The employee who was working the drive thru was very rude and tried to rush me through my order. There were no other cars in the whole parking lot. She gave me the total and when I said I was not finished she replied “What else do you want” . Went next door to Perkins. I will never go back to the Hardees Bartow location
