Who makes a burger this black and thinks yea that’s ok? The sweet tea taste like they didn’t have enough for our order so they just added water. The fries were good. Unless you just want fries id advise against visiting this location. It’s so disappointing because the Pensacola location was fantastic.

They packed in the Mornings but empty at night, I love it personally. Go at night, you will get the freshest nicest put-together burger, BE prepared to wait a minute for perfection, its worth it. very polite people, service beautiful. 9 outta 10 will definitely recommend!!

They were very slow, the item my husband wanted was not available because they didn’t have any sour dough bread. They just seemed dysfunctional as a team. Maybe better training on customer service would help also. Cashier was not very friendly. Also the menu shows they have diet Dr. Pepper when in fact they don’t maybe take it off the menu board.

Got a breakfast sandwich and it was almost cold. Manager asked why I was still at the window (no cars behind me). I told her and she asked me to pull up and brought me a hot one out in minutes. Thanks manager!

I have not been in this store and my husband has only gone through the drive thru but Hardee’s has the best breakfast biscuits around. We don’t eat there for dinner, so I can’t speak to that, but their biscuits are as good as Bojangles biscuits and seeing as we don’t have a local Bo’s, these are the best in town. The steak, egg, and cheese is what we get. Fantastic!

This is the absolute worst customer service I have experienced at a Hardee’s. 1st I set at the speaker (drive thru) waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there, now it’s breakfast so there is a long line. I waited 3 minutes no one said anything through the speaker so, I pulled to the window, I let the lady at the window know I didn’t know if something was wrong with the speaker, she takes my order, she turns to the girl with the headset tells her what I had said, the girl (with the headset) GETS ATTITUDE very rude. Then I notice on my receipt the lady forgot to add my side of gravy (mind you I repeated my order to her several times. So another lady comes to the window she is informed of the gravy not being on my receipt she also gets rude with me and says WELL YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, I don’t nor am I looking for free food. I said ok. 2 of the 3 of those women are very rude, they need training in how to handle customers. I ask the corporate to pull video and watch how your employees handle paying customers!

I used to say that Hardee’s had some of the best fast food hamburgers. I don’t say that any longer, because I’m convinced that they don’t actually cook the burgers where you buy them. It seems like they arrive at the restaurant already cooked and you get served a reheated burger. I may be wrong about this, but I doubt it. The once-great burgers are now dry and pretty tasteless.
