The atmosphere was Pretty good, but I Ordered at Drive thru. But some of the customers I seen coming from inside were walking hand in hand an Smiling. I’m Guessing they had a Great breakfast. I never write reviews but I don’t know why I keep trying to eat here. The past 4 attempts, once the card reader wasn’t working and I don’t carry cash. The next, two weeks later, same thing. Then, a 20+ minute wait in the drive thru that i could not sit through. Then, a 5 minute wait at the speaker without any acknowledgement. Then they tell me the fryer is down. Horribly run business

Our table was dirty I bring my Clorox wipes and wipes the table off myself. I had the Frisco with ham the bread was not toasted my hash browns were cold. My husband had the steak biscuit it wasd cold and his hash browns were also cold. Customer service was really bad like no one wanted to be there .We spent 14.00 and some change it was a waste of money . We will never go back to that Hardee’s again. Food is too expensive to get cold and untoasted bread for a fresco. I hope customer service comes back the way it was before the pandemic . Where people are proud of the food they serve and the service they give. It was a horrible exp. We will not be back .

Just canceled an order here. 1st; the store was out of desired product. 2nd – st one point, the drive through clerk snaps at my husband and says: “I ain’t talking to you” when he replied to what he thought was a question for him. 3rd, when she asks a question for the 3rd time, he replies “yes” in a an aggravated tone. She then says “you don’t have to yell”, which he did not. At that point, we canceled the order and left. No way are we PAYING to be so disrespected!!!!!! Not the first time I’ve stopped visiting a chain because of the sorry customer service. Won’t be the last.

The manager was very very rude … she didn’t REALLY WANT TO SERVE HER CUSTOMERS. AND ILL NEVER GO.SOMEWHERE WHERE THE PEOPLE ACT AS IF IM TRASH LADY IS STRAIGHT UP NASTY RASCIST.. making the noise when asked a question. Ugh the white manager in the morning with he Grey hair make sure you don’t go there then. Hardee’s have great biscuits and I stop in occasionally to get one or 2 lol because I try to eat healthy so I know I can’t eat them everyday, but when my I tommy says Hardee’s , we got there.

Slow service. A couple of the people who work here are extremely unprofessional. One of them seemed to get aggravated with each item we ordered, as though they don’t get paid to fulfill food orders or something. It seemed beneath them to do so. One time, same person, after we pulled around to the window, we were never told there would be a wait, it we waited for 20 mins, with no one inside or behind us in line. After receiving our food EVERYTHING in the bag was cold. And I mean everything. The beef patty was cold and slimy. After taking bite it literally made me vomit. It was the most disgusting meal I have ever had at a Hardee’s. Beware some of the late evening males that work here. They have chips on their shoulders.
