Employees follow the lead of management but in this instance it should be the opposite. I attempted to use the coupons I am grateful to receive in thr mail. I ordered 2 cinnamon buns each fir a dollar, 2 for $3.99 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, 2 steak biscuits for $4.49, and a coffee. I alerted the order taker I was using my handy coupons but was told to place a “regular order” and provide the coupons at the window. I complies. My kids and I joke about who calculates the correct price before the window and yes, normally I win. This morning I was off by over $4.00, not possible right? I give the money to the cashier who happens to also be the manager (I believe Raymonda B) and tell her I believe the number is off to which she said no as she handed me the change and my receipt.

There’s was a cold impersonal hello and thank you by Management. I greeted her and she asked very coldly what I wanted. Have a personality when greet customers. I want at a fast food we make our customers feel like their family .Wont come back there.

I ordered the chicken club sandwich combo and my sandwich was great except one piece of chicken gristle which was tiny and I ordered 2 kids meals one hotdog and one chicken tenders which my kids said was good. The staff was friendly and patient but forgot the ranch dipping sauce. Definitely better than pop eye’s, the last time I went.

Went to pickup a DoorDash order on a holiday. Google said they were open. The handwritten sign on the door said they’d be open a couple more hours but lobby was locked. Went through drive-thru and was told they were closed. I told them their sign said they didn’t close for a couple more hours and I had a DoorDash delivery to pick up. Guy said again they were closed. I suggested that they post an accurate sign and drove on thru. The guy came out into the parking lot to my car being aggressive and insulting to the work I do acting like he just wanted a reason to fight with someone. I had to leave before I decided to give him what he wanted.
