Tried out Harder’s for literally the first time in my life lol. I ordered the original angus burger with fries and made me an Arnold Palmer from the fountain machines. The burger wasn’t bad at all. The beef was very different but all the same good for a decent burger on my lunch break. The fries tasted decent as well. Not a bad fast food establishment at all and the one cashier was really nice. Other than that, it was a ghost town lol

This local restaurant looks great, I think the owners just painted it recently. I ordered at the drive thru and the lady taking my order was so nice and friendly. And she was fast getting the food to me. My fries were super hot and the chicken strips were great. I will be back.

Since moving to Georgia earlier this year, I have visited my local Hardee’s three times. The first time I could not get food because their “system” was down. The second time I received delicious food, but only after encountering some confusion in the drive through. Most recently, I placed a pickup order in the Hardee’s app, but when I arrived the doors were locked. A person sitting in a car parked in front of the door told me it was “drive through only.” The passenger in the car got out and entered the restaurant. I received my somewhat stale food several minutes later. A sign posted at the drive through window indicated that they close at 6:00 (6:00 ???), but they seemed to be effectively closed when I arrived at 5:20. I just deleted their app.

They were nice enough. They were getting ready for an inspection when I went. Deep cleaning. The manager was sitting in the lobby taking her sweet time making a mess with all the water used to clean the chairs. While she was taking phone breaks. It’s not a come in an take a load off environment. It maybe best just to use the drive thru

Woman that was working there on Wednesday, I understand if you were working alone and I was being as nice as I could, she handed me my receipt and I notice she handed me a different amount back than what was on the receipt. I just politely told her and she went on with an attitude that she was not there to teach me math, and I told her I’m sorry it had been a long night for me but I was not computing how, what she gave me, was not adding up with my receipt, she practically about lost it, and I was genuine just so confused, was not rude or mean, and she yelled that she put in the wrong amount and that she was not teaching math, and slammed the door, I had never felt so bad for someone as I did for her, there was no need for that at all if she would have just told me to begin with that she had messed up, everything on there looked right. Won’t come back there again, the food was very good, poor attitudes though. I hope her day got better, and hopefully she doesn’t continue to take her attitude out on others. My niece was in the car and she had gotten upset over it too and couldn’t understand why the woman was so mean.

Reviews just aren’t my thing but I couldn’t let my experience go unnoticed. I went inside to order and eat. The lady that took my order was rude. She over charged me and when I mentioned it to her, she shoved my receipt at me to show me the amount was correct. It wasn’t. She charged me for 2 drinks instead of one. She owed me a refund. She rudely gave me the 3.70 she over charged me. I tried 3 drinks and tea. The drinks were either flat or had no carbonation mix. The tea both sweet and unsweet was watered down. There was a slight brown tint to the water. I sat in the restaurant to eat but felt uneasy the whole time. Needless to say, I ate and left. It wasn’t the pleasant breakfast that I was hoping for. Poor customer service from front counter. Counting money drawer on counter at 9am instead of helping customers. Drive through out to Airport Thruway and line inside. People in back just standing. No ice. Food not ready for breakfast. One door open to go in and out. No tea. Breakfast menu not showing. Employees parked at front door. Never had this kind of service here. 9:40 in the morning and people walking and driving off.
