When I used to work in Adel, we would pickup breakfast here and it has always been very good. Today was no different, the staff was very friendly and polite and the manager on duty was actively ensuring things ran smoothly. The girl who took my order was Princess B, she did a great job getting my order in exactly how I asked. The food tasted delicious and was made to order. The biscuits were fluffy and cooked to perfection, the chicken was crispy and fresh. After I left I realized my hashbrowns weren’t in my bag, so we turned arond and stopped back by, they immediately apologized and gave me the two fresh large hashbrowns that were meant for a customer in the drive thru, dropped another batch of hashbrowns for the drive thru customer and had me on my way. They apologized again..I told them its no biggie i was just glad to get them, and they tasted very good as well….folks that’s good customer service!! A+ 5 Stars!!!

Stopped to get a McDonalds hamburger with ketchup an mustard an pickles. There were two pickles. One pickle was as big as a quarter. The other pickle was skin of a pickle. It was so tough, an could not eat. Threw away. The plain burger was $1.29. At least it’s better than Hardees which is $3.00. This is ridiculous Folks.

The Hardee’s in Adel, Ga doesn’t accept military or seniors citizen discounts. The employee was very rude about it, too. They don’t offer the loaded breakfast burrito either. The Hardee is Lake Park, Ga. does offer discounts and the loaded burrito. Why is that ? No one tell me why ? Possibly management. If that’s true that poor customer service. If they had a zero they would get that. They will get a poor review from me and I hope others will do the same . If they want to stay in business they need make some changes.

Reason for 3 stars is the lobby was closed for breakfast. We stopped here on our way back from Florida and unfortunately, the lobby was closed. 5 Star to the gentlemen who came out to tell us and talked to us for a little bit as he noticed we were from out of town. Made us feel very welcomed. Did not get his name and he was an older, very polite man.

We always enjoy some Hardee’s. I didn’t understand why there were no condiments on the burgers when we only asked for light mayo. Other than that, it was fine.

There appeared to be some type of maintenance being done inside so we went through the drive-thru. The cashier was very friendly and it was a short wait. The fries were a bit soggy and my burger was very greasy, including the top of my bun. The Angus meat also tasted kind of weird to me.
